PUBLIC TAX, CORP was founded by Vladislav Ignatchenko, an IRS Enrolled Agent, to provide professional, compliance-driven tax services to individuals and businesses facing complex tax matters. As the firm’s owner and principal license holder, Mr. Ignatchenko brings over 14 years of hands-on experience helping clients maintain compliance, reduce risk, and make sound financial decisions.
The firm was originally established in Brooklyn, New York, where it operated in one of the most challenging tax environments in the country. In 2019, PUBLIC TAX, CORP relocated to Dunedin, Florida, and now serves clients throughout Pinellas County, the Tampa Bay area, and nationwide through secure online services.
As an IRS Enrolled Agent, I’m federally licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS in all 50 states. That means when you work with us, you work directly with a licensed professional—not a call center or junior preparer.
